NOGI CLASSES
"Dynamic and Versatile Training"
Our Nogi Classes offer a dynamic and versatile training experience for practitioners of all levels. Also known as submission grappling, is practiced without the traditional Gi, allowing for a faster-paced and more build style of combat.
All including takedowns, submissions, legs lock, and transitions. Students learn how to effectively control and submit their opponents using leverage, positioning, and technique.
It's a great complement to traditional Gi training, as it helps practitioners develop a different set of skills and adapt to different scenarios.
